Dispatch model: We coordinate with independently licensed local locksmiths in St. Paul. When required to fulfill your request, we may share your submitted details with a nearby technician to provide mobile service.

1) Who we are

ST PAUL Lock Pros is a St. Paul–focused coordination and editorial service. We publish locksmith information and accept service requests that may be fulfilled by independently licensed mobile technicians in St. Paul, MN.

2) Acceptance of terms

By using our site or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Emergency: if anyone is in danger (child/pet locked in a vehicle, medical emergency), call 911 immediately.

3) Services & dispatch model

  • Scope: emergency lockouts, residential/commercial services, car keys/fobs, ignitions, lock repair/installation, rekeying.
  • Dispatch: to fulfill your request we may share your submitted details with a nearby licensed mobile technician.
  • On‑site assessment: final scope/price is confirmed after the technician inspects the door/lock/vehicle.
  • Availability: service availability may vary by time, neighborhood, vehicle model, parts, and weather/traffic conditions.

4) Quotes, pricing & taxes

  • Estimates provided online or by phone are non‑binding until on‑site assessment.
  • Service fees (e.g., mobile/after‑hours) may apply and are disclosed before work begins.
  • Parts (hardware, keys/fobs, cylinders) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
  • Taxes are additional where applicable. All prices in USD.

5) Scheduling, ETAs & cancellations

  • ETAs are estimates; typical arrival is 20–40 minutes but may vary with traffic, weather, location, and job load.
  • Cancellations: you may cancel before dispatch at no charge. After a technician is en route, a service call fee may apply.
  • No access: if the site is inaccessible or authorization cannot be verified, the visit may be canceled and a service fee may apply.

6) Authorization & safety

  • We require photo ID and proof of authorization (e.g., proof of occupancy/ownership, registration/insurance for vehicles).
  • Technicians may refuse service if authorization cannot be verified or if the request appears unlawful.
  • We use non‑destructive entry methods first when possible. If drilling/replacement is required, we obtain your consent before proceeding.

7) Payments, receipts & refunds

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Common methods: card and cash.
  • Receipts: you’ll receive an itemized receipt (labor, parts, fees, taxes).
  • Refunds/adjustments are handled case‑by‑case for verifiable workmanship or parts issues. Contact us promptly with your invoice.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us first to resolve any billing concerns; unauthorized disputes may be contested with documentation.

8) Warranties & disclaimers

  • Workmanship: limited service guarantee on workmanship (typical coverage window noted on invoice). Hardware follows manufacturer warranties.
  • Existing conditions: we are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, concealed defects, or failures caused by worn/compromised hardware, doors, frames, electronics, or prior work.
  • No guarantee that all locks/vehicles can be opened non‑destructively or that all keys/fobs can be cut/programmed on‑site (model/parts/tooling dependent).

9) Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and independent technicians are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for direct damages related to a service request will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10) User conduct & site use

  • Do not submit unlawful requests (e.g., unauthorized entry).
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape content, or harm security.
  • You must be 18+ to submit service requests.
  • You may receive service‑related communications (email/SMS). Reply “STOP” to opt out of non‑essential messages.

11) Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, layouts, images we create) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

Nothing here prevents either party from seeking equitable relief or filing a claim in small‑claims court where permitted.
